About the Job Opportunity:

Vishal Mega Mart is looking for experienced retail professionals to join our team as Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and Department Managers. If you have a strong background in retail operations and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.

Salary Range: Up to ₹3 – ₹8 LPA

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations smoothly

• Focus on increasing sales and delivering great customer service

• Lead and guide store staff to achieve targets

• Maintain store hygiene and safety standards

• Handle stock and inventory effectively

• Train and motivate team members through regular sessions

• Monitor expenses and reduce losses like shrinkage

• Maintain records and reports for analysis and reviews

Who Can Apply:

1. Store Manager

• Experience: 8 to 13 Years

2. Assistant Store Manager

• Experience: 5 to 8 Years

3. Department Manager

• Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Minimum Education: Graduate in any stream

Preferred: Candidates with hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end retail operations

Key Skills Required:

• Strong leadership and team management

• Good communication and customer handling skills

• Understanding of retail operations and processes

• Experience in merchandising, stock control, and customer service

Important Notes:

• The job location can be anywhere in Madhya Pradesh

• Candidates should be open to relocation
